All eligible products.
🇨🇦 Canada
Only items approved for Canada shipping may be returned.
Shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Begin a Return
To request a return:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Provide your name, order number, and reason for return.

Our team will share step-by-step instructions and, if required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days using a trackable method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
🌿 Standard-Size Products (U.S. & Canada)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees for Canada orders are non-refundable.
🌿 Oversized / Freight Products
This applies to saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, and other large wellness equipment.
For these items:

Return freight shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Original freight fees — including the SaunaLife $500 freight fee — are non-refundable

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved freight returns

Items must remain unopened, unused, and on the original pallet

Once opened, assembled, installed, or used, freight items become non-returnable
These terms reflect industry best practices for luxury wellness retailers and ensure safe handling of high-value products.
6. When Something Goes Wrong

Eligible items may be returned for a refund minus:
