At CollectiveRelaxation.com, our mission is to elevate your everyday wellness. We select premium products designed to restore balance and peace of mind. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to support you with a process that is transparent, fair, and easy to navigate.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team first. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns of saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs to cover specialized inspection and freight logistics.
  • Elective Returns: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Original shipping/freight fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Collective Relaxation will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Damages, Issues, & Freight Claims

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at +1 (929) 493-4366.

For Freight Items (Saunas/Plunges): You must note any visible box damage on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.


5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized wellness units.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products or wellness consumables).
  • Final Sale items and Gift Cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. Refunds & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@CollectiveRelaxation.com.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the "original condition" criteria listed above.
