Customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below:

  • Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
  • Original Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging with all labels/tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation is required.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • Include the return authorization form and any supporting materials.
  • Print and attach the shipping label (if provided) to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe arrival.
