Shipping rates for the continental U.S. start at Free for standard items and up to $1,990.00 for oversized freight units.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Order Cutoff: 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time (Standard): 3–9 business days.
- Transit Time (Freight): 7–21 business days.
3. Specialized Freight Delivery Instructions
Large items (Saunas and Cold Plunges) are delivered via Curbside Freight.
- Scheduling: The carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window.
- Inspection (IMPORTANT): You must inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the driver's delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt to protect your insurance claim.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is refused for reasons other than transit damage, the customer is responsible for original and return freight costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
