At Collective Relaxation, your wellness experience begins long before your product arrives. Our Shipping Policy is designed to be transparent, gentle, and easy to understand — ensuring every order travels to you with care.

1. Shipping Destinations

🇺🇸 United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

🇨🇦 Canada (Selected Products Only)

Some products are eligible for delivery to Canada.
Because each supplier has unique freight arrangements:

• Shipping costs vary by product and supplier

• Free shipping does not apply to Canada

• Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer

• If a product can be shipped to Canada, the cost will be clearly displayed at checkout

If a product is not eligible for Canada shipping, the product page will indicate this.

2. Shipping Costs

🌿 Free Standard Shipping (Most U.S. Orders)

The majority of products on CollectiveRelaxation.com ship free within the United States.

🌿 Products With Additional Shipping Fees

Some items—especially those requiring special handling, freight delivery, or supplier-specific logistics—may include a shipping fee.

This may apply to (but is not limited to):

• SaunaLife saunas:
  $500 flat freight delivery fee (non-refundable)

• Heavy wellness equipment (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges)

• Supplier-designated freight items

• Products eligible for Canada shipping (price varies)

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the product page and again at checkout.
There are no hidden costs, ever.

Because each manufacturer partners with different freight carriers, prices may vary by product.

3. Order Cutoff & Handling Time

• Order Cutoff: 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed before 6 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Transit Time & Estimated Delivery

🇺🇸 United States

• Standard deliveries: 3–9 business days

• Freight deliveries: 7–21 business days, depending on scheduling

🇨🇦 Canada

• Delivery time varies by supplier, distance, and customs processing

• Estimated: 7–21 business days

Transit delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier volume.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including:

• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS

• Freight carriers for oversized items

• Canadian cross-border carriers (supplier dependent)

Every shipment includes:

Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order ships.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

• The carrier name
