🌿FREIGHT & OVERSIZED ITEM POLICY

For Your Elevated Wellness Products Requiring Specialized Care

At Collective Relaxation, we offer premium wellness equipment designed to bring therapeutic comfort into your home. Some of these items require special freight handling due to their size, weight, and packaging requirements. This policy outlines how freight shipping, deliveries, and returns are managed so you always know what to expect.


1. Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to all items that ship via freight carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Saunas (Golden Designs, SaunaLife, SunRay, etc.)

  • Hot tubs

  • Cold plunges & chillers

  • Oversized massage chairs

  • Any product requiring palletized or curbside delivery

These products are designed for long-term restorative use and require special care during transport.


2. Freight Delivery Fees

Some freight items include additional delivery charges set by the manufacturer or carrier.

Examples include:

  • SaunaLife saunas: $500 flat freight fee (non-refundable)

  • Other suppliers may charge freight fees based on location or product weight

Any freight fees will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.


3. Delivery Expectations

Freight carriers will typically:

  • Schedule a delivery appointment

  • Deliver curbside (unless white-glove service is explicitly purchased)

  • Require an adult signature

  • Require unobstructed access for large trucks

Missed appointments or inaccessible locations may incur additional fees charged by the carrier.


4. Freight Return Eligibility

To protect product integrity:

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unassembled

  • Unopened and still on the original pallet

  • Returned in original packaging

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They have been opened

  • They have been assembled

  • They have been installed

  • They have been used in any way

This is standard across luxury wellness and home-spa retailers.


5. Freight Return Costs

If your freight item is approved for return:

  • Customer pays all return freight shipping charges

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Original freight delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Unauthorized delivery refusals may incur additional fees

These terms ensure safe and responsible handling of premium wellness equipment.


6. Freight Damage

If your freight item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Provide photos or video

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including freight

Your peace of mind is our priority.


7. Freight Cancellations

Once an item has left the warehouse, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order must be cancelled after shipment, it is treated as a return under this policy.
