Why I Built Collective Relaxation
I spent nearly three decades as President of The Cable Guys Inc. — a Voice and Data company I built from the ground up on Staten Island, providing complete telecommunications infrastructure to small and medium businesses. I understood what it meant to be a trusted partner: show up, do the work properly, and build things people can rely on every single day.
When I launched Collective Relaxation in 2023, I brought that same philosophy to home wellness. I wasn't looking to build another faceless online store. I wanted to build a resource — a place where someone spending thousands of dollars on a sauna, cold plunge, or massage chair could get honest answers from a real business owner who is accountable for every product they sell.
Every brand we carry was selected after careful research into manufacturer reputation, warranty support, customer reviews, and industry standing. We work with authorized dealer relationships so our customers get genuine products, real warranties, and proper after-sale support. I stand behind every product on this site — and I'm reachable by phone and email when you need me.
The wellness industry has a lot of stores selling products they know nothing about, from brands they've never looked into. I built Collective Relaxation to be the opposite — a store where someone spending $5,000 or $15,000 knows there's a real person on the other end who selected these products carefully and will be here after the purchase.

Every brand in our store was selected after researching manufacturer reputation, customer reviews, warranty terms, and dealer support. For saunas we carry Kohler, Golden Designs, Dynamic, Finnmark, ThermaSol, Saunum, and Superior Saunas — brands with established track records in the industry. For cold plunge we carry the LibertySpas Chill 1000. For massage chairs, Kyota and Kahuna. For aromatherapy, AromaMist pure essential oils — formulated specifically for saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs.
We work with authorized dealer relationships wherever possible so our customers receive genuine products, manufacturer warranties, and proper support. If a brand doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't go on the site.
