• Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location.
• The Fortis sauna ships fully assembled via flatbed freight trailer.
• Customers are notified approximately two weeks before delivery to prepare for arrival.
• Due to the weight and size of the unit, a forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement.
• Manual unloading is not recommended for this product.
• A licensed electrician is required to install and connect the sauna heater.
• The path from the delivery point to the installation site must be clear and accessible for equipment.
• The sauna should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight drainage, such as:
