  • Assembly typically requires 2 people, basic tools, and a few hours.

  • Heater installation must be done by a licensed electrician.

  • Customers are notified about 2 weeks before delivery to prepare.

  • A forklift is recommended for unloading, but it can also be unloaded manually with 3–4 people in about 30–60 minutes.

  • Buyers must be prepared to receive and unload the shipment according to manual instructions.

  • Indoor saunas sit directly on existing flooring if it’s level and water-resistant.

  • Suitable floor types: concrete, tile, vinyl, or laminate.
