SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and freight requirements.

The Vera Sauna Cabin ships via freight carrier as a fully assembled outdoor sauna unit ready for installation.

Customers are contacted approximately two weeks prior to delivery to coordinate preparation and delivery scheduling.

Because of the weight and size of the sauna, a forklift or unloading equipment is recommended for delivery.

If machinery is unavailable, the sauna may be unloaded manually with 3–4 adults following safe unloading procedures.

Delivery is curbside freight delivery, meaning the carrier delivers the sauna to the property entrance. Final placement and installation are the customer’s responsibility.

The sauna should be installed on a level, stable surface such as concrete, stone, pavers, or reinforced decking capable of supporting the full weight.

A licensed electrician is required for proper heater electrical connection.

Full installation instructions and preparation guidelines are included with the shipment.
